Kristen Bell

Kristen Anne Bell was born July 18, 1980."1" She is an American singer and actress. Her acting career began by playing in stage productions during her time attending the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, she made her Broadway stage debut in the role of Becky Thatcher in the comedy musical The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and was a part of the Broadway revival of The Crucible the following year. In 2004, she appeared in the action-thriller Spartan (2004). The film was also recognized for her performance as Becky Thatcher in the Adventures of Tom Sawyer. In the following year, she starred on Broadway in a rerun of the musical The Crucible. She reprised the character in the 2014 film as well as the 2019 revival. Bell was in the musical Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical (2005) as Mary Lane. This was an opportunity to reprise her role from her New York musical. Bell also starred in Heroes the super-hero drama, as Elle Bishop, from 2007 through in 2008. She voiced the titular narrator in the teen drama series Gossip Girl, reprising the role in the 2021 sequel. Bell was also the voice of Jeannie van de Hooven, the lead female character in the comedy series House of Lies. Bell was the main role in the role of Eleanor Shellstrop on the critically popular NBC comedy show The Good Place, receiving an Golden Globe Award nomination for her performance. Bell was also in the role of Eleanor in the streaming show The Woman in the House Across the Street From the Girl in the Window. Her debut film role was the main character in Forgetting Sarah Marshall (2008). Bell has been seen in numerous comedies following that, including Couples Retreat (2009), When in Rome (2010) and You Again (2010). Bell was not only recognized for her performance as the role of Princess Anna in the Disney animated films Frozen (2013) and Ralph Breaks the Internet (2018).
