Laura San Giacomo

 Three television shows in 1987 featured San Giacomo for his first TV appearance. Two of her most memorable appearances were in Crime Story (Season 2, Episode 13) in 1988, as Theresa Farantino. In Miami Vice (1989), she appeared in the episode "Protected Witness" Season 5, Episode 21, as Tania Lewis. A year before the wedding, Cameron Dye, her potential husband, appeared as a guest in the Miami Vice episode. Prior to this, she was an actor in All My Children's daytime soap show in the role of Louisa Sanchez, the Latina common law spouse of Mitch Beck (Brian Fitzpatrick) who was threatening to threaten his relationship with Hillary Martin. The actress was nominated for the Golden Globe Awards for her performance in the film and was awarded an award from the Los Angeles Film Critics Association New Generation Award. The Cannes Film Festival's famous Grand Prize was awarded to the film named the Palme d'Or. In 1990, San Giacomo played the character of Julia Roberts' smart-talking roommate, Kit De Luca, in Pretty Woman. The film earned $178 million in box office revenues. In the Stephen King TV mini-series The Stand, she played Nadine Cross, who was portrayed by Rob Lowe. They were included on the front cover of TV Guide's May 7-13, 1994 issue. She continued to produce films through 1999.
